Courtney Livingston, 2011 Miss Black Arizona
Platform: Standing Against Domestic Violence: Operation H.E.A.R.T
Paging Dr. Livingston! Courtney Livingston is a 25 year old attending Arizona State University. She is a psychology major, with hopes of one day obtaining her Doctorate degree and becoming a licensed Psychologist. During the day she spends her time as a prized employee of Dayton Freight Lines, where she works billing commodities domestically and abroad. She has a message she is looking forward to spreading across the state of Arizona to take a stand against domestic violence through her platform Operation: H.E.AR.T. During her reign Courtney will work closely as a spokesperson for Miss Black Arizona spreading her message across the state of Arizona. This 25 year old beauty is originally from Lansing, Michigan. Courtney has always been a fun loving individual who always enjoys what life has to offer. She lives by the quote ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ Courtney is a devoted member of New and Living Way Christian Center. She is actively involved with the Phoenix Rescue Mission serving the working poor and homeless populations throughout Phoenix. She has received several honors through her educational pursuit including Rats & Stats Scholarship and first place recipient of the 2008 Arizona Communication Association Award.
